• "The Glovebox" Visual Tags: Brand tags and component metadata generated when you visually map parts of your vehicle in uploaded photographs.
• Behavioral & Transactional Data: Platform activity, including engagement on "Streets" and "Block," Panda Point accrual and expenditure, and Pro Shop purchase history.

We collect your data for specified and legitimate purposes, including:

• Algorithmic Profiling & Customization: To curate "Block" feed, ensuring you only see content relevant to your specific vehicle models, and to tailor e-commerce offerings.
• Platform Security: To enforce anti-bot measures and maintain a 100% verified human user base via OTP authentication.
• Logistics & Fulfillment: To calculate shipping fees and route physical merchandise orders via integrated third-party logistics partners (e.g., J&T Express).

4. B2B Data Sharing & "Partner Quests"

King Panda operates a Partner CRM to provide users with targeted rewards and brand-sponsored challenges.

We may share anonymized and aggregated data (e.g., "1,500 active users drive Toyota Land Cruisers") with verified third-party partners.

Specific user segments may be served targeted content or "Elevate" consultation offers based on profile data. We do not sell your personally identifiable information (PII) to third parties.

5. Your Data Privacy Rights (Right to be Forgotten)

Under RA 10173, you retain the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. You may request the complete deletion of your King Panda profile, including all "Glovebox" tags and accrued Panda Points, at any time by contacting our support team. Upon verification, your data will be permanently purged from our active databases.
