TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the Two-Stage Verification process and accessing the King Panda ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform.

2. Platform Authority & Content Moderation ("The God Account" Clause)

King Panda maintains a premium, "Light Quiet Luxury" environment. We reserve absolute authority over platform moderation.

Zero Tolerance Policy: King Panda reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to permanently suspend, ban, or delete any account found violating community guidelines, posting Not Safe For Work (NSFW) material, engaging in harassment, or attempting to manipulate the platform's economy.

All moderation decisions executed by platform administrators are final and binding.

3. Virtual Currency Limitations ("Panda Points")

The platform utilizes a proprietary digital reward system known as "Panda Points."

• No Fiat Value: Panda Points are a closed-loop digital reward. They hold zero absolute cash value outside the King Panda ecosystem.
• Non-Transferable: Points cannot be withdrawn, transferred to external bank accounts, or converted into fiat currency (PHP) via digital wallets (e.g., Maya, GCash). King Panda is not a financial institution, e-wallet, or bank.

Points may only be redeemed for specific discounts or access to "The Locked Vault" merchandise within the Pro Shop, subject to the exchange rates determined solely by King Panda.

4. Promotional Events ("The 300-Second Drop")

King Panda periodically hosts timed promotional events requiring the expenditure of Panda Points for entry.

These events are classified as promotional games of skill/chance designed to reward active community members, in compliance with Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) regulations regarding sales promotions.

King Panda reserves the right to modify the mechanics, duration, or entry requirements of any drop event at any time to ensure platform stability and regulatory compliance.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Licensing

Users are encouraged to upload high-quality automotive photography to "Streets" and "Block."

• Ownership: You retain full copyright ownership of the images you upload.
• License Grant: By uploading content to the Platform, you grant King Panda a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute those images across King Panda's digital channels, marketing materials, and partner showcases.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, King Panda and its parent companies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, unauthorized access to user data, or the fulfillment processes of third-party logistics partners.
